Academic Internship Program - UCSD - Students Eligibility & Requirements

AIP Grading Policy

You will receive a Passing (P) grade upon successful completion of your internship. By THURSDAY, week 10 of your internship quarter, be sure to have done the following:

Satisfactorily complete all internship hours and submit a completed and signed "Exit Evaluation Form " via fax or in person
Complete the Program Evaluation (online)
Complete the Transcript Notation (online)
Turn in a copy of the research paper/project to the AIP Office AND a copy to the Faculty Advisor (requires assignment of passing grade from the Faculty Advisor)

FAILURE TO COMPLETE ANY OF THE REQUIREMENTS ABOVE WILL RESULT IN THE ISSUANCE OF A "NO PASS" GRADE.

8 and 12 unit students: Your research paper will undergo review and approval by the Academic Senate appointed Faculty Advisory Board (FAB).
