AIP and IES Internships in London

The Academic Internship Program in London offers students the opportunity to live and work in London, England. Through this program AIP has partnered with the Institute for the International Education of Students (IES) to assist students in their internships abroad.

Practical experience in the workplace is an invaluable addition to classroom learning. An AIP London internship through IES (International Education for Students) provides vital insights into a career field, experience in the global workplace, practical exposure to the demands of specific jobs and development of professional and personal skills. In addition to developing your resume/CV, an internship in London will give you the opportunity to directly experience the many cultures and people who make up the UK. Participating in the AIP London Internship Program offers you a unique opportunity to step outside your educational environment and experience the British at work.

With the help of an AIP counselor, you will find an internship in London related to your academic and career interests. All majors are welcome. London has something for almost everyone, whether you’re interested in arts, media, business, education, or anything in between.

You will live with fellow students in Chelsea, a “posh” London district. You will earn academic credit for your internship while experiencing first-hand the cultural atmosphere of the city. Also provided for
you are career and industry tutorials to aid you in your internship of choice.
