Christine

UCCS Peer Advisor

Pronouns: she/her/hers

California-born and raised, Christine has traveled up and down the coast before deciding to settle in sunny San Diego. She joins the AIP team after a transformative quarter in Sacramento, where she was a Health Justice Scholar participating in UC Center Sacramento. She interned in the Capitol office of Senator Dr. Richard Pan, where she also conducted research on community health centers and their efficacy in California. Christine’s interest in data and health policy has led her to study Physiology and Neuroscience, and Political Science with an emphasis on Data Analytics at UCSD. When she’s not geeking out on policy, Christine enjoys surfing, listening to new music (especially indie rock), and traveling.
